Admission Procedure for Academic Year 2024-2025. Parents are advised to read the instructions carefully:

The Ashlock Education Society runs Spicer Higher Secondary School of SDA.

Admission process for the academic session 2024-25 is as follows::

  • Step 1.   Fill the online admission form accurately. Admission forms are available online only.
  • Step 2.   Complete the process online by making (payment of Rs.1000/- for the online admission form.)
  • Step 3.   Physical Verification of Documents in the presence of parents & candidate.
  • Step 4.   Admission status will be communicated through SMS after the verification.
  • Step 5.   Once admission is confirmed kindly make payment of admission fees through Online/Demand Draft within 7 working Days.
  • Step 6.   Admission Confirmation message will be sent by SMS.

It is mandatory that both parents must come along with the child for verification of documents. Parents are requested to co-operate with administrative staff for smooth admission process due to large number of applications.Admission is granted at the discretion of the committee, which will be final.

Admission

1. Application for admission should be made only online through the online through the Admission portal, no forms shall be available at the school.
2. Please log on to www.spicer.education" and follow the instructions online.
3. No admission will be considered until all the requirements are fully met.
4. Parents/Guardians must give an undertaking, that they will abide by the rules and regulations of the School as made from time to time.
5. The documents should be verified and submitted as per the Admission Notice. A transfer Certificate from a recognized school will be required when admission is granted to classes 2 and above.
6. If a pupil has come from a different State, the Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the appropriate authority concerned.
7. Only Transfer Certificate from a recognized school is accepted. If a student has come from a country other than India, the Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the appropriate officer of the Indian Embassy/Consulate in that country concerned.

Note

1. The Management/Principal reserves right to refuse admission without assigning any reason
2. All new students who seek admission in the school from Nursery to UKG require self-attested Birth Certificate, Doctor's Certificate and three passport size photographs.
3. A new student joining from his home or a private School must produce an official Birth Certificate. (Applicable only for Classes Nursery to 1st Std).
4. The school will not admit a child without proper Leaving Certificate from the last recognized school attended, Leaving Certificate must be counter signed by DEO of the state other than Maharashtra. Student seeking admission must have studied in any English medium school, preferably from an ICSE School. (Applicable only for class 2nd and above).
5. Foreign students seeking admission must get clearance from the State /District Education Department and Police Clearance.
6. All new students must affix a passport size photograph on the application form.

Admissions are done on " FIRST COME FIRST SERVE " basis. Online necessary is must for all admission.

Steps:

Step I.

Fill the online admission form accurately.
Parents are requested not to visit the school to meet the Principal, Headmaster or any administrative staff or faculty asking for admission forms. All the forms are required to be filled in,
Step II.

Completing the admission process:
Fill all information of your child accurately; MOBILE NUMBERS must be updated accurately for future communications.


Parents seeking admission for the year 2024-25, need to come to school for Verification of ALL the documents mentioned below:
Documents to be submitted:
  1. Nursery to I std. Attested copy of your child's birth certificate.
  2. Self-attested copy of your child/Parent Aadhar Card which is compulsory.
  3. Recent three passport size photographs of the child.
  4. Doctor's Certificate for proof of good health and detailed summary of ongoing illnesses, if any.
  5. For std II and above Mark sheet, School Leaving Certificate is compulsory

All original documents must be produced at the time of verification. Aadhar Card which is mandatory, and if it is not made, provide an assurance letter to the school informing that the same will be made available at the earliest.






(Online payment charges are applicable. Parents are recommended to use net banking mode of payment.)


Step 1. It is MANDATORY for Parents to fill and submit online admission form with the payment of Rs. 1000/- (If you face any problem in filling the online admission form, our technical team will be there to guide you. kindly call on Mr.Priyesh 9711471937  .
Step 2. Verification of documents with parent along with candidate: The school selects the student and communicates via SMS and call for Verification of Documents.
Step 3. Communication for admission status:
Once the form & verification process is complete the selected candidate will receive a SMS for payment of project fee. Parents are requested not to visit the school or call the school for any updates regarding forms and admission.
Step 4. Payment of project fees:
Once the admission is granted, make online payment of Rs.60000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) If not make a Demand Draft in favor of The Spicer Higher Secondary School payable at Pune and submit at the school fee counter.The project fee does not include uniform charges, textbooks and tution fees.Kindly take note Bank cheque or cash will not be accepted.
Project fee is non-refundable.If the candidate fails to make payment of project fee within two days admission will be cancelled and will be released for the next waitlisted student.
All the new and old students will have to pay tuition fees in 4 installments on quarterly basis. Information of said fees shall be provided at the time of admission in school
Step 5. Once the project fee is credited to the school account. Confirmation of admission will be intimated through SMS The Principals decision regarding the admission of a student will be final. No recommendations will be entertained. School management has not authorized any agents for school admission. Please note that, in case you have change of plans in seeking admission at Spicer Higher Secondary School and you wish to withdraw your child name then you need to inform us within 2 days on receiving admission confirmation.
