of "Ashlock Education Society", which is a Minority Institution under Article
30 (1) of the Constitution of India and does not come under the ambit of Right
to Education Act, 2009 as declared by the Supreme Court of India vide its judgment in Writ Petition /416/2012,
therefore, no admission shall be considered/ granted under RTE Act, 2009. |
